Instructions

1. Step 1

Tear the cabbage into pieces by hand for better texture. Steam the Chinese sausage and rice together in a pressure cooker (place the sausage in a bowl and put a rack on top), then slice the sausage for later use.

Heat the wok, pour the steamed sausage and the mixture of oil and water from the bowl into the wok and stir-fry, add salt.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry together, add a little water to stew (without covering the ingredients), turn off the heat when it’s almost dry and serve.
