Instructions

1. Step 1

Put the flour into a basin, add appropriate amount of warm water and knead;

Knead the dough into a smooth ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for a quarter of an hour;

Chop the scallions into fine pieces, add salt, pepper powder, and chili powder;

4. Step 4

Heat the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil;

5. Step 5

Pour the hot oil into the prepared scallions and stir them evenly;

6. Step 6

Divide the rested dough into uniform sized pieces;

On an oiled board, roll out each piece into a long strip, and evenly apply the prepared scallion oil on the strip;

Roll it up while pressing it upwards and downwards, and then flatten it after rolling into a long strip;

Roll it up again;

Roll up all the other dough pieces into circular pancakes;

Heat the electric pan, brush a layer of oil on the surface;

Put the pancake in and press it flat;

Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown and take out;
