Instructions

Soak the wakame seaweed in cold water in advance.

Blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Continue blanching in the water.

After taking it out of the pot, rinse with cold water, drain the water, and serve on a plate.

Chop the garlic, cut the chili into small pieces, add salt and chicken essence. Heat oil in a pan, add a few peppercorns after the oil is hot, pour the oil into a bowl, stir with chopsticks, then add vinegar and continue to stir. You can add other seasonings according to personal taste.
