- garlic 2 cloves
- chili 1 piece
- peppercorns 5-10 whole
- salt 1/4 tsp
- chicken essence 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- vinegar 1 tbsp

Soak the wakame seaweed in cold water in advance.

Blanch it in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

Continue blanching in the water.
