Instructions

1. Step 1

Cut open the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, and rinse with clean water. Marinate with an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce for 15-20 minutes.

2. Step 2

Chop the cabbage stalk, onion, ginger, and garlic into small pieces, and cut the chili into dices. Set aside.

3. Step 3

Thread the marinated shrimp onto bamboo skewers and brush the marinade liquid on the shrimp.

Heat oil in a pan to 90% heat, add the marinated shrimp, and fry for 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain the oil.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan, heat to 70-80% heat, and quickly stir-fry the onion, cabbage stalk, chili, and ginger from step 2. Add salt and soy sauce, then add garlic and continue stir-frying. Add the shrimp and stir-fry briefly.
