Cut open the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, and rinse with clean water. Marinate with an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce for 15-20 minutes.

Chop the cabbage stalk, onion, ginger, and garlic into small pieces, and cut the chili into dices. Set aside.
