menu_book Directions
1

Step 1
Prepare two large pieces of chicken breast, boil water in a pot and add some cooking wine (I added a cap of white wine).
2

Step 2
Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, then remove and shred the chicken breast into strips.
3

Step 3
In the shredded chicken breast, add 4g of olive oil, 18g of tomato sauce, pepper powder, and 2g of edible salt (adjust according to your taste), mix well and marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
4

Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray, and evenly spread the chicken breast on the tray.
5

Step 5
Put the chicken in the oven, flip the chicken every 10-15 minutes to prevent overcooking (mine got overcooked because I forgot to flip it). The cooking time depends on the moisture content of the chicken, the higher the moisture, the longer the cooking time.
6

Step 6
Let it cool down a bit after baking, then it’s ready to eat.
7

Step 7
Keep the overcooked ones for myself and pack the rest to bring to colleagues tomorrow.
