Prepare the ingredients, wash and cut the okra into segments. Soak the black fungus in advance and blanch it in boiling water for 3 minutes. Beat the eggs and let the shrimp thaw naturally.

Heat the wok over high heat, add oil, and when the oil is 50% hot, pour in the egg mixture. When it is almost set, use a spatula to break it up and remove it from the wok.
