Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients and wash them clean.

Slice the carrots into thin pieces and arrange them on a plate as shown.

Cut the egg tofu into 1 cm thick pieces and place them on top of the carrots.

Place the shrimp on top of the egg tofu, one by one.

Steam over boiling water on high heat for 5 minutes.

Slice the red chili and cut the green onions into onion flowers.

Discard the cooking liquid from the steamed shrimp and egg tofu, then cook the fish sauce, chicken essence, sugar, and white pepper powder in a saucepan until it boils, and thicken with water starch.
