Rinse the shrimp and marinate it in a mixture of scallions, ginger, and cooking wine for 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Mix the shrimp paste with salt and stir until it becomes sticky. Take a small wonton wrapper, place a suitable amount of shrimp paste in the center, and squeeze the wrapper tight to form a small wonton.

Boil a suitable amount of water in a pot, add the wrapped wontons, and cook until they all float to the surface and the wrappers become transparent. Remove them from the water.
