Soak the cucumber in rice washing water for a while, and scrub the dirty parts with salt. Then, rinse the cucumber with running water and put it in a fresh-keeping bag.

Use a knife or a mallet to crack the cucumber and cut it into segments, and put them in a large bowl for later use.

Rinse the garlic cloves clean, and use a knife to crush them. Remove the skin and chop them slightly, then put them in a seasoning bowl.
