Cut the tender tofu into 1-2 cm small cubes and place them neatly in a microwave-safe glass dish. Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes and set aside.

Cut the green peppers into small pieces and chop the scallions. Mix a spoonful of cornstarch with water in a bowl.

Heat oil in a wok, add diced dried red chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the ground meat and stir-fry, then add a small amount of soy sauce.
