Sour and Spicy Duck

Sour and Spicy Duck

This **Steamed Duck with Spicy Garlic Sauce** is a mouthwatering dish that combines tender, succulent duck with a bold, aromatic sauce. The duck is first steamed to perfection with ginger and salt, locking in its natural juices and creating a rich broth. Once cooled, it's thinly sliced for a delicate texture. The magic happens when garlic, ginger, green and red peppers, and fiery dried millet pepper powder are stir-fried into a fragrant blend, enhanced with light soy sauce, sugar, and a splash of rice vinegar for a tangy kick. The duck broth is then added to deepen the flavors, creating a luscious sauce that coats every slice. Perfectly balanced between spicy, savory, and slightly sweet, this dish is a showstopper for any meal. Serve it as a centerpiece for a family dinner or a special occasion—its vibrant flavors and tender duck will leave everyone craving more!
