Instructions

Soak the clams in light salt water for 2 hours to remove sand, then drain and set aside.

Blanch the clams in cooking wine and water, then remove and set aside.

Wash and cut the green peppers into segments, slice the garlic and ginger, and cut the small peppers into segments.

Heat oil in a wok, add scallions and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the green peppers.
