Spicy Clam Stir Fry

About This Recipe

This quick and flavorful stir-fried clams recipe is a seafood lover’s dream, combining tender clams with crisp green peppers and a spicy kick from fresh chili peppers. The clams are soaked to remove grit, then blanched in cooking wine for a clean, briny taste. Aromatic garlic, ginger, and scallions are stir-fried until fragrant, while vibrant green peppers add a fresh crunch. The star of the dish—succulent clams—is quickly tossed in a hot wok with a savory sauce, ensuring they stay juicy and tender. A splash of cooking wine enhances the natural sweetness of the clams, while a final sprinkle of small peppers adds just the right amount of heat. Perfect as a weeknight meal or a standout appetizer, this dish comes together in minutes but delivers bold, restaurant-quality flavors. Serve with steamed rice to soak up every last drop of the delicious sauce!
