Use a small, clean toothbrush to brush the shrimp clean and then rinse it several times. Small lobsters are quite dirty, so rinse them several times for better cleanliness.

Hold the small lobster with one hand and pinch the middle tail with the other hand, and pull out the shrimp thread.
