Instructions

1. Step 1

Soak the dried kelp threads in water for more than 8 hours, preferably in boiling water, and change the water twice.

2. Step 2

Put the soaked kelp threads into a pot and cook until they are tender, adding a small amount of vinegar can help to cook them more easily.

3. Step 3

Peel the pickled mustard greens and cut them into coarse threads, add a small amount of salt and marinate for a while, then rinse with clean water to remove excess salt and squeeze out the water.
