Slice the lean meat into thin small pieces, add salt, ginger and garlic paste, black pepper powder, cumin powder, chili powder, and starch, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, heat oil in a pot to 70% heat, and fry the meat until it changes color, then remove and set aside (about 4-5 minutes).

Leave some oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the fried meat and stir-fry together, finally add toasted white sesame seeds and stir-fry briefly before serving.
