First, cut the meat into long strips and marinate with all ingredients except oil and cumin powder for 30 minutes. Then, cut the onion into shreds, break the large pepper into pieces, and cut the tomatoes in half. Place the marinated meat on the vegetables, brush with a layer of oil, and put it in a 190-degree oven for 10 minutes. Take it out, brush with another layer of oil, sprinkle with cumin powder, and bake for another 3 minutes.
