Take 2 kg of chicken feet, remove the nails, and cut them in half. Place water in a pot, bring to a boil, and then add the chicken feet. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken feet and rinse them with pure or filtered water until they are clean and oil-free. Then, soak them in cold water for 3-5 minutes and drain the water.

Prepare the seasonings: light soy sauce, white vinegar, and pure water, each in a separate bowl, in a ratio of 1:1:1. Add a small amount of salt, ice sugar, and garlic.
