- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- ginger juice 10ml
- salt to taste

First, clean the crab and wash it.

Add the ginger slices and scallions to the steamer, then add the crab, pour in about 20ml of cooking wine, cover and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
