Step 1
Soak dried mushrooms in warm water until they are soft, then chop them into small pieces together with lean pork. Add salt, dried shrimp, pepper, cooking wine, and 1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce. Chop the mixture into a paste and put it in a bowl. Pour in cooking oil and mix in one direction.
2

Step 2
Cut the tender tofu into slices about 0.5cm thick and lay them evenly on a plate. (If you like it salty, you can sprinkle a little salt on the tofu at this time.)
3

Step 3
Take two slices of tender tofu and mix them into the meat paste, then take an appropriate amount of the mixture and shape it into meatballs by hand.
4

Step 4
Arrange the shaped meatballs on the plate, break an egg into the hole in the middle of the tofu, and sprinkle a little salt on the egg.
5

Step 5
Put it in the microwave and select the “steaming fish” option (the time is about 8 minutes), or you can also steam it with rice for simplicity.
6

Step 6
Mix 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a bowl, heat it in the microwave for half a minute, and pour it over the steamed tofu, meatballs, and egg.
