Step 1
Cut the pork ribs into small pieces and wash them clean. The two ends can be reserved for making soup, or you can also steam them together if you like.

2
Step 2
Prepare the ingredients: soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, starch, sugar, chicken powder, etc.

3
Step 3
After cutting the ribs, wash and drain them. Put them in a large bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar, and mix well. Then add starch and sesame oil, and marinate for more than 30 minutes.

4
Step 4
Add water to a pot, put a steamer basket in it, and steam the marinated ribs for 20 minutes.

5
Step 5
Alternatively, you can also steam the ribs in a rice cooker: place them on the steamer tray and cook with the rice. After the rice is cooked, turn off the power and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

6
Step 6
After steaming, stir the ribs briefly to coat them with the sauce.

7
Step 7
The delicious ribs are now ready to eat, and the meat will fall off the bone easily.

8
Step 8
My child loves to eat the ribs with the sauce, leaving no leftovers.

9
Step 9
You can also use the ribs as a topping for noodles.
