The aromatics
- ginger 10g (shredded)
- chili 10g (chopped)

- bean paste 1 tbsp
- oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- cornstarch 1 tsp

Wash the pork ribs clean, cut into small pieces, and drain excess water. Mix with a small amount of cooking wine and some ginger shreds, and marinate for 5 minutes.
