Prepare 3 salted egg yolks, 1 box of inner tofu or 1 large block of southern tofu, 1 segment of carrot and 1 segment of sausage, and 1 scallion.

Steam the salted egg yolks until cooked, then chop and mash them into a paste.

Heat a pan with oil, add the egg yolk paste and stir-fry constantly.
