Instructions

1. Step 1

Soak the rice noodles in advance. If using dried mushrooms, soak them in advance and wash them clean. Wash the vegetables: cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces, slice the carrots, and cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Add water to the pot, add scallions and garlic, then add the braised pork, carrots, mushrooms, and noodles, and cook for a while.
