Instructions

1. Step 1

Thaw the large red shrimp to room temperature, wash them clean, cut off the shrimp whiskers, and remove the shrimp thread.

2. Step 2

Chop the scallions, ginger, and garlic into small pieces.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, and when it is half heated, add the red shrimp and fry both sides, then add the garlic and ginger after 5 minutes, and continue to fry until it is 90% cooked.

Pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, and salt, and stir-fry both sides.
