Slice the beef into thin pieces, add a small amount of cooking wine, cornstarch and baking soda, mix well, and marinate for about 20 minutes. Prepare the onions.

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the onions and garlic, add the beef and stir-fry until it changes color, then stir-fry for a few more minutes until it is cooked. Remove the onions, add sesame, cumin, and chili powder, stir-fry briefly, then add other seasonings and serve.
