Instructions

1. Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: Cut the beef into strips, control the water, and marinate in light soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and starch for 10-15 minutes. Cut the onions into half slices, and chop the green peppers, red chili peppers, and scallions for later use.
