Instructions

Cut broccoli into small florets and soak them in salt water. Soak dried black fungus in water until it opens.

2. Step 2

Put some water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook the broccoli until it is slightly tender, then remove it and rinse with cold water. Place the broccoli on a plate. Also, cook the black fungus briefly, then remove it and rinse with water. Put the black fungus on top of the broccoli.

3. Step 3

Prepare the sauce by mixing half a bowl of water with minced garlic, a small amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, vinegar, and starch in a small bowl. Heat a pot with a small amount of peanut oil, pour in the sauce, and bring to a boil. Pour the sauce over the black fungus and broccoli, then drizzle with sesame oil.
