Wash the chicken breast, cut it into thin slices and then chop into strips.

Add a little salt, a small spoon of cooking wine and cornstarch to the chicken strips.

Mix well with hands, add a small spoon of edible oil and mix well again, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
