About This Recipe
This delicious stir-fried chicken and carrots recipe is a quick, healthy, and flavorful dish perfect for any meal. Tender chicken breast strips are marinated with salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch for an hour, ensuring juicy, succulent bites. Fresh carrots add a sweet crunch, while aromatic ginger, scallions, and garlic infuse the dish with rich, savory depth. The secret lies in the stir-frying technique—first cooking the chicken until just done, then softening the carrots in the same fragrant oil before combining everything for a final toss.
