First, cut the chicken into pieces, wash and clean them, then marinate with a little cooking wine and ginger slices for about 10 minutes. Cut the potatoes into chunks and set aside.

Next, heat a pot of oil, add a little garlic and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes, add soy sauce and stir-fry a few times, then add the potatoes and an appropriate amount of water. Cover the pot and simmer over high heat.
