- ginger 20g
- chili peppers 2 pieces
- scallions 2 stalks

Clean the chicken wings, make a few cuts on them, and marinate them with salt, soy sauce, ginger, and old wine for 5 minutes.

Prepare garlic, ginger, and chili peppers.

Rinse the marinated chicken wings and pat them dry. Heat a pan with oil, add chili peppers and ginger, and fry the chicken wings together. You can add a bit more salt. Fry until one side is browned, then flip to the other side.

Continue to fry over medium heat until the inside of the chicken wings is cooked through and no blood is visible. If you prefer them tender, you can remove them from heat earlier.
