About This Recipe
This savory Stir-Fried Chicken with Carrots is a quick, healthy, and flavorful dish perfect for weeknight dinners. Tender chicken breast strips are marinated with salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch for an irresistibly juicy texture, then stir-fried with aromatic ginger, scallions, and garlic for a fragrant base. Crisp carrot strips add a sweet crunch, balancing the dish beautifully. The key to this recipe is the marination process, ensuring the chicken stays moist and absorbs all the rich flavors. A final touch of soy sauce enhances the umami taste without overpowering the natural sweetness of the carrots. Ready in under 30 minutes, this dish is a delicious way to enjoy a protein-packed meal with minimal effort. Perfect served over steamed rice or noodles for a complete, satisfying dinner!
