Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage

Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage

This quick and flavorful Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage with Garlic and Chili is a simple yet irresistible dish that brings bold Sichuan-inspired flavors to your table. Tender Chinese cabbage is cut into diamond-shaped pieces (or hand-torn for a rustic touch) and stir-fried with aromatic garlic, fiery dried chili peppers, and numbing Sichuan peppercorns for a perfect balance of heat and fragrance. The high-heat wok cooking locks in the cabbage’s natural sweetness while keeping it crisp-tender. Ready in minutes, this dish is a family favorite—so delicious that it disappears fast! With just a handful of ingredients, this recipe proves that great taste doesn’t need complexity. Perfect as a light side or a satisfying veggie-centric meal.
