Instructions

1. Step 1

Clean and cut the leek into sections for later use.

2. Step 2

Clean the dried tofu, cut it into strips, and blanch it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat and soak it for later use.

3. Step 3

Heat the oil, add the scallion and thirteen spices, and stir-fry briefly, then add the dried tofu with excess water removed.

4. Step 4

Stir-fry slightly, add an appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce.

Add the leek, cornstarch, and monosodium glutamate, stir-fry briefly until the leek becomes soft, then immediately remove from the pot.
