Cut the green beans into shreds.

Cut the meat into shreds.
3. Step 3

Cut the green and red peppers into shreds. I used small red chili peppers because I like spicy food, but you can omit them if you don’t like spicy food.

Heat oil in a pan, add the green beans and stir-fry until they change color. Add salt and continue stir-frying until they are almost cooked and emit a fragrant aroma. Remove from the pan.

Add oil to the pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the chili peppers and stir-fry briefly.

Add the meat, add salt, and stir-fry quickly until the meat changes color. Then add the green beans and stir-fry together.

Stir-fry everything together, add a spoonful of soy sauce and a pinch of chicken essence, and stir-fry for a while. Serve and enjoy!
