Step 1
Put peanuts into the pot with cold oil, and you will smell the fragrance of peanuts after a while. The color will become deeper. Fry them over low heat for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked.

Filter out the oil from the fried peanuts and let them cool down. They will become crispy.

Add a spoon of salt and a spoon of vegetable oil to boiling water, then stir-fry the green beans for 1 minute and take them out immediately.
