Tear the mushrooms into pieces, cut the green peppers into shreds, chop the scallions into small pieces, and slice the garlic.

Heat a wok with cold oil, and when the oil is 80% hot, add scallions and garlic to stir-fry, and add a small amount of chili powder.

After the scallions are fragrant, add the mushrooms and stir-fry (if you like more sauce, you can stir-fry for a while), and add an appropriate amount of thirteen spices and salt. Stir-fry evenly.

After about one to two minutes, add the green pepper shreds and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, turn off the heat, and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
