Slice the lean meat into strips and marinate with cooking oil and starch, ginger paste for 10 minutes.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then add the noodles. Do not stir, allowing the beans to settle at the bottom to prevent sticking.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Use chopsticks to turn the noodles that have not been coated with the sauce to the bottom and continue to simmer for 4 minutes.
