Slice the pork liver into thin pieces, rinse with clean water repeatedly to remove blood, and marinate in white vinegar for 1-2 hours (if time allows). Then, rinse clean and drain excess water. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, and peanut oil, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash and slice the onions, and peel and slice the red radish into thin pieces.

Peel and slice the ginger, flatten the garlic and remove the outer skin, wash and cut the scallions into segments, and wash and cut the green onions into small segments.
