Instructions

1. Step 1

Cut the lean meat into shreds, cut the dried tofu into strips, soak the pickled mustard greens in water for a while, cut the red pepper into shreds, wash the broad beans, and chop the scallions into flowers.

2. Step 2

Heat the wok, add oil, and stir-fry the meat shreds. After they are scattered, add a little soy sauce, sugar, and pepper powder, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, set the meat shreds aside.

3. Step 3

Add more oil to the wok, heat it up, and stir-fry the chopped scallions until fragrant. Add the broad beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then, add the red pepper shreds, dried tofu strips, and pickled mustard greens shreds, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the stir-fried meat shreds and stir-fry together, adding a little salt and chicken essence, and stir-fry for a few more times before serving.
