About This Recipe
This savory stir-fry combines tender lean meat shreds with the rich textures of dried tofu, tangy pickled mustard greens, and crisp broad beans for a deliciously balanced dish. The lean meat is first marinated with soy sauce, sugar, and pepper powder, then stir-fried to perfection, ensuring juicy, flavorful bites. Fresh red pepper adds a mild heat, while scallions bring a fragrant depth to the wok. The pickled mustard greens, soaked to reduce saltiness, provide a delightful tang that pairs wonderfully with the umami-rich dried tofu. Quick and easy to prepare, this stir-fry is packed with protein and vibrant flavors, making it a perfect weeknight meal. Serve it over steamed rice for a satisfying, wholesome dish that’s both nutritious and bursting with bold, layered tastes. Ideal for those who love a mix of textures and savory-sweet flavors in every bite!
