Instructions

I’m using canned pickled cucumber here. Slice the pickled cucumber, meat, and carrot (optional) into strips, and slice the garlic into pieces.

First, stir-fry the meat until it changes color, add a little thirteen spices, then add some soy sauce to color.

Add carrot strips and pickled cucumber strips, stir-fry until the pickled cucumber is soft, then add a little salt. (If the cucumber is not sour enough, you can add a little rice vinegar and a little sugar to taste)

Before serving, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
