Instructions

Peel the carrots and cut them into strips, cut the cucumbers into strips, peel the potatoes and cut them into strips, blanch them in water twice, cut the lean meat into strips and mix with cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and starch, marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add the meat strips and stir-fry until they change color, then add the carrot strips and stir-fry until they are 60% cooked.

Add the potato strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pan, add the cucumber strips and stir-fry until the water is almost dry, then add salt and monosodium glutamate, stir-fry well and serve.
