Instructions

1. Step 1

Slice the potatoes, cut the pointed peppers into slices, and chop the scallions and garlic into minced pieces for later use.

2. Step 2

Heat the oil and add the chopped scallions and half of the minced garlic to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the potato slices and stir-fry for a few times.

Add a suitable amount of salt, 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, and 1 small spoon of thirteen spices.
