Instructions

1. Step 1

Clean and peel the shrimp, remove the head and intestinal tract, and set aside.

2. Step 2

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the shrimp and quickly stir-fry until they change color, add salt, sugar, and chicken essence, finally add soy sauce, and serve.

3. Step 3

Due to personal preference, no photos are provided. Also, as I am allergic to shrimp shell and head, they are removed. You can skip this step if you don’t have the same issue.
