Wash the wild small river shrimp with water, drain and set aside. Wash the okra, cut into circles and set aside. Beat 2 eggs with a suitable amount of salt until well mixed.

Heat the wok, add oil, then pour in the egg mixture. Tilt the wok to spread the egg mixture evenly, use a spatula to flip and fry until both sides are golden and fragrant. Use a spatula to break the egg into small pieces and set aside.
