Instructions

1. Step 1

Soak dried shrimp in water, heat oil in a pot, add shrimp and minced garlic and stir-fry, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Put 500ml of water into the pot, bring to a boil, add 1 block of Knorr pork bone soup flavor concentrate, cook until it boils again, then add dried noodles.

After boiling again, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with scallions and red pepper strips.
